Shipping Coverage

We currently offer nationwide shipping across the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within:

Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
Other Emirates: 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Standard UAE Delivery: AED 15 flat rate
Free Delivery: On orders above AED 150

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Handling & Packaging

We take great care to ensure that our chocolates are securely packed and insulated to maintain quality, especially in warmer climates. We recommend storing the products in a cool place immediately upon receipt.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Arabian Treasure is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply.
